Complete set (left and right) LED daytime running light conversion kit for Volvo FH5 from 2021.
Each set consists of a total of 8 LEDs with a total light amount of up to 2000 lumens. This corresponds to the original brightness.
The conversion kits are designed like the original lights and are equipped with powerful high power LEDs placed on aluminum plates. The aluminum plates provide a better heat transfer to the original cooling and thus ensure a maximum lifespan of the LEDs. The installation of the conversion kits is simple and the original connections are used for this.
Each set contains 4 LED plates and thermal paste for mounting.
Installation instructions:
- Remove the connections from the original lighting.
- Remove the screws holding the original LED plates.
- Remove the original LED plates from the cooling plates.
- Remove the thermal paste/grease and clean the surface thoroughly and free of grease.
- Apply the supplied thermal paste thinly to the cooling plates where the new LED plates will be placed.
- Place the new LED plates and secure them with the original screws.

It is important that the original lighting has as many LEDs as the new one. Please check these before ordering the conversion kit.
